Our group visit went well until we needed help with the receipt. What we received was incomplete, and we didn't notice until we got back home. When we called for the receipt we were reprimanded for ""waiting so long"" to call, then told that we may have to pay for then receipt, and then told they wouldn't give us one at all! The manager did not help, either. I was surprised by how poorly they handled a simple request. The location is great but the customer service was unacceptable.

ME AND NY FAMILY APPRECIATED THE COMFORT SUITES IN TUCKER GEORGIA. THE EMPLOYERS THAT WORKED THE FRONT DESK ARE HARD WORKERS, KIND, AND VERY HELPFUL. THE HOSE KEEPERS AND KITHEN STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KEPT THE PLACE NEAT AND CLEAN. WITH APPRECIATION AND DEDICATION OF THE LOVELY WORK
