Nice Hotel
08/24/2010The staff was great, the hotel it self needs some work. the pay per view kept resetting, the pool needed to be skimmed. the location was perfect for our trip. ...
The staff was great, the hotel it self needs some work. The pay per view kept resetting, the pool needed to be skimmed. The location was perfect for our trip. I expected a more WOW from the hotel adds saying they spent 6 million dollars on renovations through out the company. Some of the fitness machines didn't work.

Staff has always been very friendly & accommodating. Restaurant is decent, but with so many other good food establishments adjacent to it, no big deal that it's not 4 stars. Suites are spacious, beds extremely comfortable. All in all, a wonderful experience.

This was a last minutes weekend trip. We got the two room suite w/kingsize bed> clean, the bed comfortable. The couch folded out >my teen claimed this area, he didn't fold it out. The staff professional and friendly, The inside portion of the pool was rather small, but my son and the rest of kids in the pool didn't seem to mind. I didn't get to check out this aspect however, The Galleria is a mall attached to the hotel by a tunnel...so convenient. As a single mom traveling w/kids,I felt safe and secure... Ohh, it is also right off the Altanta bypass, location is convenient... As far as the restaurant, we did n't eat there...as most hotel restaurants prices are high...I got out the phone book and called for pizza...they had a 'special' for hotel patrons...2 large for 12.99 >one topping. So between the pool, 2 flat screen t.v's, pizza ...kids were happy and so was I. Budget friendly weekend. (had to pay for parking, it was $8.00/nt...was the only draw back)

We stayed for 3 days before new year's eve. The room was great and they paid $* if you wanted to skip towel service. The breakfast buffet was great but a litle expensive at $*. Right off I-285 so it's very easy to get anywhere in Atlanta from the hotel. Ten minutes from the medical center Marta station that offers parking and less than 30 minutes to downtown. I'd definitely stay there again. I was disappointed that the front desk didn't have any information on the bus station across from the Mall. It would have saved alot of time.

We stayed 4 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday and room was really nice. Nice size for two people, really could have accomodated more because the couch pulled out into a bed but wouldn't suggest it. Had TV in sleeping area and sofa area. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and linens. Room was always nice and fresh for us. Hotel was convenient to shopping and restaurants and only 12 miles from the city. Would definitely stay here again!
