Amazing location, 3 blocks from Times Square, and if you are a cockroach even better. Rugs are filthy, wallpapers installed since 1919 ( that means dirty walls.) Small rooms (standard in NY) but not clean. Horrible. Across the street is the Sheraton manhatan, thats a little bit better property. better mantained.

Dear travelers, The Sheraton Manhattan was located perfectly and made my FIRST TIME New York experience Amazing. The hotel is only about 4 blocks from Times Square where you can view an endless night of bright lights and thousands of people; this makes the hotel very convienient for a "First Timer". Sheraton Manhattan's staff was always kind, and quickly made you feel comfortable. The Bellboy was very nice and always helped us.

The room was evidently being redone. Only one chair in room, next to computer table. No lamps in room, so was very dark. Only lamp in room was on computer table For the monies we paid, I woulld not stay here again. The staff was friendly and nice however, problems were not thier fault. Other thing was cost of breakfast here is ridiculous
